Pretty simple I would say.
When you think that I really misgraded a record , like grading a record EX when it is scratched, send me an email and we solve the problem.
Often that will lead to returning the record and I will refund the price you paid plus the postage you have paid. You have to pay the postage for returning the record but I will refund that too as a credit with your next order.
When more records are shipped together the refund for postage will be devided by the number of records.
I am not responsible for damage or lost in the mail !
You can ask for postal rates with insurance etc.
